A scholarship will be awarded annually to a student enrolled at Missouri State University with a declared major in the Department of Sociology, Anthropology and Criminology.

• Applicant must have earned 60 or more credit hours when applying for this award.
• Applicant must have a minimum overall grade point average of 3.0.
• Applicant must be a full-time student (enrolled in 12 or more credit hours) when applying for and receiving the award.
• Preference is given to a student who exhibits a record of service, leadership, and other qualities consistent with the public affairs mission.
• This award considers an applicant's financial need.
• The current amount of this award is $600.
